FEATURES
The material of the cervical brush are nylon and PE, which are very soft material. It makes the brush take enough cell samples from the cervix uteri. The brush rod is PP material.

■ The Nodford brush can be used for liquid-based as well as conventional cytology. The hydrophobic material of the brush facilitates the release of the cell material into the ﬂuid.
■ Sweeps the portio and reaches well beyond the transformation-zone into the cervical canal for a rich cell yield.
■ Reduces the number of inadequate smears signiﬁcantly.
■ Avoids bleeding and pain normally associated with rigid spatulas and less considerate endocervical devices.
